David has been practising law in the southwestern region of New Brunswick for over 38 years, concentrating in the areas of commercial real estate, residential real estate, wills and estates, corporate and litigation. David is a native of St. Stephen and shortly after being admitted to the Law Society of New Brunswick returned to his hometown to raise a family and practice law.

David is a Past President of the Law Society of New Brunswick, past director of the Saint. John Regional Airport, Past President of the Charlotte County Community Living Association, a founding board member of the Fundy Regional Transition House, Pres. of the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel Condominium Association, Past President of Lincourt Manor, director of the Fundy Community Foundation, sitting member of the Insurance Management Committee for the Law Society of New Brunswick, member of the editorial board for the Law Journal for the CBA New Brunswick Branch, a Director of the New Brunswick legal Aid Commission, Treasurer of the Charlotte County Barrister Society, former chair of the library committee for the Law Society of New Brunswick, and has given freely of his time to various charitable organizations in the Charlotte County area.
